If we had to describe Prada's perfumery signature with a single note, it would be iris. The house's first contemporary fragrance, Prada Amber from 2004, as well as the Infusion d'Iris collection, put the powdery, slightly earthy root at the centre. Daniela Andrier, who shaped the brand's wardrobe for many years, loves transparent, "pared-back" compositions in which every note can be read clearly.

The "green" Prada men's perfume
